If your lawn is more than 6 inches tall, or has not been mowed in the last 7-14 days, there will be an additional charge added to the normal price for the first cut. Please note that after we cut an overgrown lawn it can take 2 weeks of lawn care for it to look perfectly manicured.

The treatments we use aren't very harsh and are considered perfectly safe once dry.
We do also have options for organic treatments, these are an additional $30 per application. The organic options are a bit less potent than conventional treatments, so they typically take a little longer to show results.
